I am an individual player. I know my game well or I wish to learn more. For me, playing volleyball is a fun activity; I don’t want to feel the pressure of competition. I want to meet people, socialize, and have fun while practicing a sport!

Registrations are done individually, and recreational play is open to all levels. If registrations are full, spots are available as substitutes during the season. Check our calendar to see availability. An update is made every Sunday night until Monday night.

It is mandatory to be affiliated with Volleyball Québec to participate in the sessions.

I have a team formed. I know the rules of volleyball well and always strive to improve. I enjoy playing for fun, but also to consolidate my skills in the sport. I appreciate friendly competition between teams. I would like to participate in tournaments, such as the Odyssée tournament!
