For intermediate and advanced levels, it is necessary to be a member of a team (sign up for the lists of substitutes (players) and/or waiting lists (teams) to express your interest).
Affiliation with Volleyball Quebec is mandatory for all members and substitutes.

Which level is right for me?
Recreationnal (beginner)
I am an individual player. I know my game well, or I want to learn more. For me, playing volleyball is a fun activity; I don't want to feel the pressure of competition. I want to meet people, socialize, and have fun while practicing a sport!
Intermediate
I have a formed team. I know the rules of volleyball well and always want to improve. I enjoy playing for fun, but also to strengthen my skills in this sport. I like light competition between teams. I wish to participate in tournaments, such as the Odyssée tournament!
Advanced
I have a formed team. I have been playing volleyball for several years and have experience in this sport. I know the various rules and strategies very well. I want to compete against other experienced teams. I enjoy participating in tournaments, such as the Odyssée tournament. My goal is to accumulate victories!
