MONDAY LEAGUE

I am an individual player, whether to improve my skills or because I want to learn more. For me, volleyball is primarily a fun activity, and I’m not looking to feel the pressure of competition. My goal is to meet people, socialize, and have fun while practicing a sport!

Registrations are done individually, and the recreational section is open to all levels. If the spots are full, there are substitution opportunities during the season. Please note that spots fill up quickly during our two registration periods (fall and winter), so it is normal to see 'Out of stock.' To check if regular spots are available, click here.

Check our calendar to see available spots, which are updated in real-time. If no availability appears, it means there are not enough absences to free up time slots. Therefore, there are no spots available at the moment. (Click here)

The slots are regularly updated, especially at the following times:

• Sunday at 8:30 PM

• Monday at 12:00 PM

• Monday at 4:00 PM

Would you like to be notified if a spot as a regular member becomes available? We recommend adding your name to the waiting list by filling out the dedicated form (click here). Please note that for substitutes, you must check availability directly on the calendar as mentioned above. For the recreationnal, the waiting listis only for notifications if an official spot becomes available for playing the whole season.

It is mandatory to be affiliated with Volleyball Québec to participate in the sessions. You can complete your affiliation once your registration is confirmed. It must be renewed every October 1st (click here). Don't wait to be notified about the affiliation; if you play, you must be affiliated.

I have a team formed. I know the rules of volleyball well and always strive to improve. I enjoy playing for fun, but also to consolidate my skills in the sport. I appreciate friendly competition between teams. I would like to participate in tournaments, such as the Odyssée tournament!
